While generations of young Palestinians have grown up stateless, seething at Israel as the visible agent of oppression, this generation is uniquely stymied.
Why aren’t the Kurds blowing shat up with their stateless state? If being without a state was the problem, why aren’t the Kurds stymied?
The Palestinian territories are an overwhelmingly youthful place — 56.4 percent of Palestinians are under 19, and in Gaza, 75.6 percent of the population is under 30, according to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics.
Youthful? Youth connotates health and vitality. There is nothing healthy nor vital in the PA territories.

In the past year, Turkey has made airstrikes in Iraqi Kurdistan, and invaded even with ground forces, to combat the PKK.
And don’t forget the Kurdish Ansar-al-Islam, a Kurdish militant Islamist group with ties to Zarqawi and Saddam Hussein.
